"Your initial interveiwing for the Teaching position will be conducted by our AI Bot for Social Good.I  had only 24 hours' notice to prepare for a purely technical interview, and this wasn't just a text chat—it was a live conversation where the bot could see and hear me . My mind raced: how do I maintain professional eye contact with an algorithm? Would it analyze my facial expressions or body language? I braced myself for a cold, clinical assessment, but what happened next completely changed my view of AI in hiring.
